The East Portland Action Plan (EPAP) is seeking to understand how the East Portland community is coping with the COVID-19 shutdown so that we can determine how we can best be of service to you right now.
We are in the process of creating a community support fund for organizations helping people on the ground in East Portland with their most pressing needs, including food, shelter, energy assistance, translation/interpretation services, and more. Priority will be given to organizations helping BIPOC, immigrants, refugees, disabled folks, and LGBTQIA+ folks.
