Engineer of the Year

Criteria for Engineer of the Year Award:

The Candidate should be an engineer of recognized standing, preferably licensed, and a citizen of Texas. Eligibility should be restricted to engineers who have made sustained and significant contributions to the advancement of the profession and/or mankind.
