Expression of Interest for becoming a member of the Executive Coaching Community for The Marketing Academy Australia

Thanks for taking the time to explore the possibility of becoming a Member of Coaching Community for The Marketing Academy Australia

Each year we recruit between 32 and 35 coaches to community of practice.

These coaches will be matched to 30 scholars.

We want to create the best opportunities for the scholars and coaches to be matched in a way that maximises the scholars' coaching goal AND the coach's professional development.

We require you to commit a minimum of 6 hours of Executive Coaching in a 9-month period.

During the year, we require backup coaches due to changes in the circumstances of the scholars and the coaches.

Past coaches have indicated that they would like to focus on female leaders, coaching in complex systems, coaching where the Scholar is from a different culture, and or language, Scholars from a very technical or creative background.
