Terms and Conditions of Explore Our BAYSIDE Summer 2011-2012 Competition

1. Competition is open to customers of the participating businesses that have advertised in the Explore Our BAYSIDE Summer 2011-2012 Edition.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of City of Canada Bay and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. All entries are required to provide their name, contact details, receipt details for eligibility and for contact if they are a winner.
4. Council will not accept responsibility for any entries that were sent but not received.
5. The prize pool is valued at $250.00
6. The prize will include a Visa Gift Card to the value of $250.
7. The prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
8. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. City of Canada Bay’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
