Introduction

The ICAP Global Stakeholder Survey has been designed to be quick and straightforward, taking no more than 10 minutes to
complete. A progress bar is included so you can easily track your completion. We encourage
you to answer as many questions as possible to help us build a strong and representative picture
of users and stakeholders across the sector.

Your input will directly inform improvements to ICAP systems, processes, branding, and global
engagement. All responses are confidential and will be reported only in aggregate form.

We also encourage you to share this survey within your networks so we can capture a broad
cross-section of perspectives from those who use, support, or recognise the importance of this
type of credential. Please feel free to forward the invitational email to colleagues.

Important note:
At the start of the survey, you will be asked to select your primary role. This should be the role
you are most closely associated with or the one that best reflects your main professional
perspective.

We recognise that many respondents hold multiple roles (for example, you may be an ICAP
credential holder as well as an educator, employer, or policymaker). You will have opportunities
later in the survey to share additional perspectives from these other roles.

Please begin by selecting one primary role only, then continue through the survey. When you
reach sections that are not relevant to you, simply select “None of the above” to move forward.

This approach helps us ensure the data is clear, consistent, and representative across different
stakeholder groups.

Thank you for contributing to the future of the ICAP credential and the global SUD
workforce.
