Study Information

Dear Respondents,

We are conducting a study assessing the self-efficacy and well-being at work of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The protocol of the study was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Standing Committee at Shaqra University (No.: ERC_SU_2021022). We are inviting you to participate in the study by answering this questionnaire. You are qualified to participate in the study if you are a registered nurse in Saudi Arabia and currently working as a nurse in either private or public hospitals in the country. Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential. The results of the study will be published in a journal without identifying any respondents. The findings of the study will help us identify different problems in your well-being at work during this pandemic and utilize these findings in formulating a proposed multi-faceted well-being program for nurses during public health crises. Your participation will greatly help us achieve the objective of this study. If you have any questions about the study, please contact Dr. Nahed Alquwez, the Principal Investigator, at nalquwez@su.edu.sa.
