Pre-Submission Consultation Response Form (Regulation 14, Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012)
We are inviting comments on the draft Pre-Submission Version Exminster Neighbourhood Development Plan 2020-2040 (draft ENDP). This consultation is open from 17 September to 29 October 2025.
Please use this form to make your representations. You may submit more than one response if you wish to comment on multiple policies or sections of the plan.
Guidance for Respondents
· Policy Number / Reference: Please state which policy or section of the draft ENDP your comments relate to (e.g. Policy H1, Vision Statement, Appendix 2).
· Evidence Reference Number: If your comments relate to a specific evidence base document, please include the reference number (where applicable).
· Name of Contributor: Your name or organisation.
· Comments: Set out your views on the draft policy/section.
· Suggested Changes: Suggest how the draft wording, approach or allocation might be amended.
· Response by Exminster Parish Council: These will be finalised after the consultation has been completed.
