Eastern Melbourne PHN is seeking to understand the current needs of the allied health community. We encourage allied health practitioners, pharmacists and other health-interested professionals to complete a 15-minute survey that will add the voices of allied health to our latest needs assessment of the region.
The survey focuses on what is driving demand, identifying issues in the referral process and providing context and insight into the issues we have previously identified. You will not be asked for your name and your response will be kept confidential. The survey is open until close of business 31 October 2016.
