Derry Credit Union's Leadership Academy Survey

Derry Credit Union is developing an exciting new Leadership Academy to support and empower the next generation of leaders in our city.

Our Academy has three goals:

1. Equip future leaders (aged 18–35) with practical skills and knowledge.
2. Identify and nurture future leaders for our Credit Union Movement.
3. Give participants a voice in shaping how Derry Credit Union can best meet the needs of your generation.

The Academy will consist of a series of interactive sessions, covering topics like financial wellbeing, personal development, leadership skills, and career building. Sessions will be delivered by professionals in each field.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of achievement and the opportunity to highlight the Academy on their CV and LinkedIn account.
