Early Learning Kit Sign Up Form

Northeast Early Childhood Council (NECC)

Thank you for your interest in the NECC Early Learning Kit. Please complete the form below and if you are eligible, we will contact you to arrange drop off of the Kit.
NOTE: Eligibility includes:

1) Have a child ages 3-5 years old. One Kit per child. If you have already received an Early Learning Kit for your child, you would not be eligible to receive a second Kit for the same child. You would be eligible to receive another EL Kit for another eligible child (i.e., twins, a sibling, etc.)

2) You must live in one of these CT towns: Brooklyn, Canterbury, Killingly, Plainfield, Putnam, Sterling & Thompson.

3) Your child must NOT be enrolled in a preschool/school, Head Start, or home visiting program. If your child is currently enrolled in a preschool, Head Start or Home Visiting program, you would NOT be eligible. Home daycares and homeschoolers ARE eligible.
