We are listening

East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group manages the healthcare needs of the local population. We are committed to improving the quality of health services for our patients and would like to hear your views and experiences to help us achieve that.

The Listening Booth
The Listening Booth is one of the tools we use to speak to the public, patients and carers to find out how people feel about health and social care, their recent experiences, what people would like to see in their local area and what matters most about the care they receive.

Share your experiences with us
By sharing your experiences with us you can help make real changes to future services. Whether that’s through establishing or sharing best practice, helping us spot trends or identifying a need for a particular service, tackling issues or informing service improvements.

How we will use your information
The information you share with us today will be used anonymously, unless you are happy for us to contact you further about your experience. There is an opportunity for you to provide your contact details overleaf.

If your experience relates to another health, social care or voluntary sector organisation, we will share your experience with them to help them improve their services. This will be done anonymously.

If you do choose to provide your contact details, we could also contact you in future to tell you how your experience has been used.
