Thank you for your interest in the Emerging Leaders in Community Development Mentorship Program! Only fully completed applications will be eligible for a mentor (there are two pages in the application). We will do our best to match all of our applicants but there is limited capacity. Our goal is to make the best possible matches for our program participants. However, we will be in touch with all applicants regardless of whether or not we were able to find a match for you. Applications are open until January 31st. Please contact Kadra at kabdi@mccdmn.org if you have any questions about the program or application process.

The Twin Cities has some of the widest racial disparities in the nation. Emerging Leader in Community Development is committed to listening to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) leaders, learn from those leaders and take action. We are committed to uproot systemic and institutional racism.

*Please note, this year’s program will be a hybrid model. Meaning you and your mentor can connect in person for some meetings if you both decide. We will also explore some outdoor events in the summer months. Throughout the process, we will provide opportunities for you and your mentor to join together with other participants with virtual events.
