Introduction
This application is your organization’s commitment to make a lump-sum deposit into a new or existing side account. If your organization and deposit meet the program’s qualification criteria and you are one of the first organizations to apply, you will receive an additional side account deposit of 25% of your lump-sum amount from the Employer Incentive Fund (EIF).
