Registration for the Educational Identification of ASD 2019-2020

Participant Information

This two-day training is for all team members who evaluate individuals for eligibility for an Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP) or an Individualized Education Program (IEP).

This training will follow the CDE Guidelines for the Educational Evaluation of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to prepare Child Find and special education teams to do a comprehensive evaluation of children and youth when ASD is suspected.

This 2-day Toolkit training has been developed to support districts in the development of understanding how to identify students having an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with evaluation tools using a body of evidence in an educational setting (without using the ADOS).
