Anonymous Equalities Monitoring Form - HTGR 2026

This programme is being delivered by BECTU Vision which is supported by Screen Scotland, BFI, BBC and Scottish Union Learning in partnership with BECTU.

Equalities Diversity and Inclusion are at the heart of our practice and positively celebrated. We seek to ensure that no-one receives less favourable treatment on grounds of their background and personal characteristics. In order to ensure that this policy will be carried out, and for no other reason, applicants are invited to complete this form. The information will be used solely for monitoring purposes and will be kept in the strictest confidence.
The questions are inline with Creative Scotland's Equalities Monitoring categories and include questions on age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation - all defined ‘protected characteristics’ in The Equality Act 2010.

The information you provide is both anonymous and confidential. The data will be stored securely and limited to only authorised staff in BECTU Vision and anonymous collated data will be shared with our funders Scottish Union Learning, Screen Scotland and BBC.

The information provided will be held for the required Scottish Government retention period of five years after the programme end date.
