The Emerge Summit: 
The Emerge Summit committee is led by a Chair and Vice Chair. The Vice Chair is expected to serve a two (2) year term, first as Vice Chair and then Chair, in sequential order.
Marketing/Communications:
The Marketing and Communications committee is led by a Chair and Vice Chair. The Vice Chair is expected to serve a two (2) year term, first as Vice Chair and then Chair, in sequential order.
Engage/Membership:
The membership committee is led by a Chair and Vice Chair. The Vice Chair is expected to serve a two (2) year term, first as Vice Chair and then Chair, in sequential order.
Develop/Events/Programming:
We are seeking up to two (2) people to lead our events and programming efforts. This position is responsible for collaborating with the other Leadership Council members to develop a calendar of events for our members. They are responsible for the coordination of all events, including budget, partners, venues, and logistics.
Empower/Community partnerships:
We are seeking up to two (2) community engagement leaders to join our Leadership Council. This position is responsible for creating partnership and collaboration opportunities with regional nonprofits, businesses, and other young professionals groups with the intention of bolstering EDGE’s involvement in the community and civic issues.
Give/Philanthropy:
We are seeking one (1) person to lead our philanthropic efforts. This position’s responsibility is to identify and coordinate philanthropy and volunteer efforts for our Leadership Council and members. Additionally, they will be our liaison to Inspire Giving, the Metro Chamber Foundation’s philanthropic arm.
DIB:
We are seeking one (1) person to lead our diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. They will collaborate with other LC members to ensure Metro EDGE is an agent for positive change in light of institutionalized racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia and transphobia.
