ECS 2026 Needs Assessment Survey

Hello! Episcopal Community Services (ECS) is a nonprofit that has helped people in Philadelphia since 1870. We want to know what you think about how your community is progressing, what the community needs now, and how ECS may be able to help.
Please answer based on your own thoughts and experiences. Do not use AI or search online. There are no right or wrong answers. You may skip any question.
As a thank you for taking the survey, you can enter a raffle for a $350 Visa gift card. Your answers will not affect your eligibility for the raffle, however you must answer every question on the survey in order for your name to be entered into the raffle.
Thank you!
