Parent/Caregiver Knowledge and Attitudes Towards Youth Substance Use

The Erie County Office of Drug & Alcohol Abuse in partnership with the Mercyhurst University Civic Institute are seeking parent/caregiver input in the development of their needs assessment plan. The following survey asks questions regarding substance use and misuse knowledge, attitudes, and access to resources in Erie County. Please help us by providing your input.
