ECCDC Annual Stakeholder Survey

The ECCDC’s 2015-2018 Strategic Renewal Plan includes the distribution of an annual Stakeholder Survey to assess the impact of our services and supports. The ECCDC is grateful for your input which will allow us to gain a greater understanding of the ways we have inspired excellence in early learning and child care. This questionnaire will take approximately five minutes to complete and will be open until Thursday May 31. When responding to the questions, we ask that you consider all of the interactions that you have had with the ECCDC over the past 12 months.

Upon completion of the survey you will be given an opportunity to enter a draw for a $75 ECCDC Training Gift Certificate.  At that time you will be asked to provide contact information. Contact information will be kept in the strictest confidence and your name will never be associated with any response you provide. Of course you may choose not to enter the draw. We do hope you will take the time to complete the survey to assist us in assessing our ongoing progress in meeting our strategic goals.
