EBACE 2019: Careers in Business Aviation – We Need Your Help!

We are excited to have you join us this year at EBACE 2019 in Geneva. As an exhibitor we wanted to share a new initiative planned for the show, and to invite your participation:

EBAA and NBAA are invested in the future workforce of business aviation. Our industry is currently facing a shortage of qualified pilots, maintenance technicians, controllers and other professionals – a global and present threat to the ongoing strength and success of who we are.

We need to attract young people to business aviation. To invest in our future we must invest in the next generation of leaders. This year we are encouraging a growing number of students and career-seeking young professionals to join us at EBACE 2019 to explore the diversity of businesses and service providers, and to learn about career paths.

Help us by welcoming students and young professionals to your booth throughout the week to share information about your company, your company’s role in business aviation, and what career opportunities you might have. We will help facilitate the experience!
