Last week the Government decided not to implement in full the Pay Review recommendation for a pay rise for NHS staff. Only 40 % of staff will receive a 1% whilst the majority of the staff who are employed in the NHS will receive nothing at all . This pay deal covers staff for the next two years.
In order to gauge opinion from our members I would invite you to complete the attached short survey (in confidence) The results will allow the unions leadership to decide on what on what action UNISON should be taking in response to this pay offer.
