Thank you for attending the 84th European Atherosclerosis Society Congress (EAS 2016) held in Innsbruck, Austria on 29 May - 1 June, 2016.

Before June 29, 2016:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
