Thank you for participating in this important EACTS-supported survey on peri-operative myocardial injury and infarction.

In this questionnaire, we aim to determine current practices for the evaluation of the extent of post-operative myocardial injury and infarction after CABG, while reaching a consensus-based agreement on future directions, including the biomarker of choice, biomarker concentrations indicative of peri-operative infarction, and requirements for the diagnostic accuracy of future definitions of peri-operative myocardial infarction.
