The collection of contact information at the end of the survey is optional and will remain confidential. This information is only required if the participant would like to receive the Insight Report, which will be delivered by email. This information will not be shared or published.

From time to time, Experience 360 may collate the data for the purpose of studying the responses as a whole. Individual responses will only ever be used for the purpose intended, that is to generate the requested Insight Report.

Privacy of Data
Experience 360 uses SurveyMonkey for the collection, aggregation and analysis of assessment data. The information collected in the assessment is transmitted and stored securely in the United States and is accessed by Experience 360 in accordance with SurveyMonkey’s terms of use. If you provide assessment responses you consent to storage of your answers offshore (outside of Australia). This means that once you have chosen to participant in the survey Experience 360 will not have an obligation to take reasonable steps to ensure that SurveyMonkey does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to personal information that is given to SurveyMonkey.
