The assessment tool is designed to provide a benchmarking guide only and is not designed to provide a definitive strategy or scientifically derived outcomes.
The collection of contact information at the end of the survey is optional and will remain confidential. This information is only required if the participant would like to receive the Insight Report, which will be delivered by email. This information will not be shared or published.
From time to time, Experience 360 may collate the data for the purpose of studying the responses as a whole. Individual responses will only ever be used for the purpose intended, that is to generate the requested Insight Report.
