Whatcom County Survey on E-Cigarettes & Vaping

Background:  Youth e-cigarette and vaporizer use has risen significantly in Whatcom County over the past few years.  The Health Department is collecting public feedback from Whatcom County residents about potential policy options that could help to protect youth and the larger community.
