Primary Responsibilities

Outside Sales
Prospecting for Sales Leads
Developing call blocks for specific areas of interest Comfort working on/off script
Execute call blocks to gauge interest

Establish leads
Set up demonstrations and meetings
Private Sales
Bulk Sales
Promotional exchange, giveaways, leasing incentives, etc. Storefront displays via cross-marketing

Special Events
Find existing special focus events tailored to communities and demographics that could have interest in electric products

Bicycle awareness/enthusiasts/campus rides Eco/Green events
RV/Camping enthusiasts
Primary guests include 50+ demographic Downtown festivals

Extend NS4L Brand Awareness through Neighboring Communities

Mastery of products Specs
Parts and components
Accessories
Safety tips, laws, warranties, and maintenance requirements Provide usage instruction to buyers/demonstrating public

Administrative Processes
Proficiency in LightSpeed (point of sale) [Training Provided]

Ability to complete sales outside dealership by laptop and VPN connection to LightSpeed POS
Making Customer Profiles for new purchasers
Invoice customers properly (serial numbers, sales tax, authorize payment, etc.)

Gather correct information for warranty registrations Payment collection

Square/e-commerce/cash/check Inventory Management

Work with General Manager and/or Sales Manager on inventory levels and ordering for electric bicycles and accessories
Develop promotions for high interest-bearing, slow moving, and/or overstocked items

Qualifications / Skills Needed

MOTIVATED AF
Exemplary driving record
Willingness to use personal vehicle, equipment, and cell phone
Ability to drive truck and trailer (or willingness to learn)
Experience listing and selling items on Groupon, Craigslist, Social Media, etc. [If none, willing to learn.]
Must have great people skills as you will be talking on the phone often, pitching sales, and assisting customers.
Exemplary customer service skills.
Tech Savvy - quick on a computer to login to our point of sale, advertise availability, and use various online marketplaces
Work creatively and intelligently within marketing budget to maximize reach and minimize costs
Professional spelling, grammar, and punctuation in all non-private communications, public posts, and internal systems
