The Reimagine Dumbarton project's vision is to transform a former freight rail line into a busway and trail for walking and bicycling spanning 5 miles between Redwood City and East Palo Alto on the Peninsula. This project will result in faster, more direct rapid bus service on the dedicated busway.
Can you imagine taking a bus directly to downtown Redwood City or walking, biking or rolling on a paved trail? Your input will help SamTrans better understand which design elements, connections, and community amenities are most important. This will help the project team refine options for the busway and trail project.
