2022 Downtown Wilkes-Barre Perception & Use Survey

The Diamond City Partnership (DCP) is Wilkes-Barre' s non-profit downtown management organization. DCP is conducting this survey to gauge the public's experience and perceptions of Downtown Wilkes-Barre. We appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Whether you are Downtown every day, drop by occasionally, or never visit, your opinions matter. This survey should take about ten minutes to complete.

Survey responses will remain anonymous; however, respondents will also have the opportunity to register separately for a prize drawing ($100 in Downtown restaurant gift certificates) at the survey's conclusion.

For the purposes of this survey, "Downtown Wilkes-Barre" is defined as the area roughly bounded by North Street, Academy Street, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, and the Susquehanna River - the area shown in color on the map below. The boundaries of the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Improvement District, which encompass Downtown's commercial core, are outlined in orange on the map.
