Thank you for your interest in the two roles we are seeking to fill for our road safety campaign. We are looking for one female and one male character. Age is flexible but both characters are both in positions of authority so are probably at least late 20s and younger than retirement age. The female part is one of quiet confidence, efficiency and responsibility. The male role is one of discomfort - think about an employee, put on the spot by their boss about something they should have done but didn't. Previous acting experience is welcome but not necessary. We’ll be selecting suitable candidates from this application form process to meet for a casting with the director and team where we’ll be looking for confidence, enthusiasm and ability on camera. Shooting will be at one location in Drogheda and is expected to be no more than a half day. While this is a local road safety campaign and not a commercial advertisement, each person chosen will receive €250 to compensate for the time spent filming and the use of their performance for the campaign.
