The Morrow-Umatilla Counties Drinking Water Roadmap project is working to identify drinking water options to address elevated nitrate levels in private domestic wells. As part of this effort, we are exploring potential solutions, such as connecting well users to city or community water systems, constructing new or deepening wells, or installing home treatment options.
