2026 DreamSF Host Organization Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting a DreamSF Fellow at your organization! The Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs (OCEIA) is excited to accept applications for our thirteenth cycle of the DreamSF Fellowship. We look forward to a possible partnership. Please complete this application by April 3, 2026 to be considered for the 2026-27 cohort cycle.

Completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance. Submitting this application is the first step in a two-step competitive process to be selected as a host organization. If selected for the next round, you will be contacted in mid-April to schedule an interview and site visit.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible to host a DreamSF fellow, the applicant organization must:
  • Be located in San Francisco and/or provide services for San Francisco residents
  • Primarily serve immigrant communities
  • Commit to hosting a fellow for the full duration of the fellowship (July 2026 - May 2027)
  • Onboard, supervise, and mentor a fellow for 16 hours a week
  • Attend a mandatory orientation meeting on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM
  • Ensure no conflicts of interest with OCEIA or DreamSF staff (in the form of financial, leadership or decision making interests in your organization)
  • Agree to adhere to the DreamSF Guidelines
