* 1. Should Class III industrial uses be allowed in the Snow Camp area? The current draft of the Snow Camp Zoning Ordinance requires a rezoning and a Special Use Permit for more intense Class III industrial uses including racetracks, asphalt plants and paper mills. It also requires an additional buffer.

Keep as in Draft Ordinance, allow these uses but require a rezoning and applicants to obtain a Special Use Permit from the Board of Commissioners.

Do not allow Class III uses in the Snow Camp area.

Allow certain Class III uses (i.e., sawmills, electricity generating facilities, and recycling & salvage facilities).
