1.Should Class III industrial uses be allowed in the Snow Camp area? The current draft of the Snow Camp Zoning Ordinance requires a rezoning and a Special Use Permit for more intense Class III industrial uses including racetracks, asphalt plants and paper mills. It also requires an additional buffer.
2.How important are the following design features specifically for residential subdivision?
Not at all important 
Neutral 
Very Important 
Maintain overall low density of the development. 
Reduce impacts on agricultural uses. 
Encourage large lot sizes. 
Protection of open space (i.e., forests, streams, views, etc.)
