Evansville Downtown Master Plan Survey

This survey is part of a Downtown Evansville Master Plan process led by the City of Evansville Redevelopment Commission (ERC), which will identify priorities and actions to guide improvements in Downtown Evansville over the next five to ten years. For purposes of this survey, downtown is bounded by the Ohio River on the south, Governor Street on the north, the Lloyd Expressway on the west and Mulberry Street on the east.
