HARRISONBURG DOWNTOWN 2040 is a community-driven plan for the heart of Harrisonburg -- our beloved Downtown HVA.

We invite everyone in the community to dream with us about the next 20 years in Downtown's evolution.

The planning process is just getting started, and since it's not so easy to be together these days, we're kicking off our engagement efforts alongside Downtown Restaurant Month.
