The City of Plano's Neighborhood Services Department invites you to participate in the Empower Neighborhood Survey. The survey contains 21 questions and is expected to take 10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this survey is to hear the opinions of Douglass residents of regarding the quality of life in your neighborhood. This information will assist the Douglass residents, volunteers and the City in engaging new efforts to support the needs of the community.
