Dog permits are required to keep a dog within the Mount Hotham Alpine Resort.
Exclusions apply for registered guide dogs, assistance dogs and people transporting a dog through the Resort.

Year-Round Dog Permits are available to eligible Year-Round Hotham Residents, Year-Round Hotham Employees, Hotham Property Owners, and Hotham Business Owners.
Summer Permits are available to eligible temporary residents of Mount Hotham Alpine Resort outside the declared winter season.
There are a limited number of dog permits available and permits do not carry on year to year.

If any required documentation is not provided your permit could be rejected. After the dog permit is validated by the RMB, the permit holder agrees to conform to all conditions set out by The Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board’s Dog Policy. A breach could lead to a fine or cancellation of the permit. It is the permit holder's responsibility to ensure all permit conditions are adhered to. The RMB holds the right to cancel a dog permit at any time.
