We here at ALC Enable believe that a truly diverse team leads to diverse hiring and does much in the way of removing or at least ameliorating unconscious bias. Having spent over 20 years as advisors to search firms across the globe on hiring strategies and practices, we became curious about how our industry is doing in this critically important area of DE&I — are we ourselves walking the walk.
For that purpose, we created this survey with the intention of gathering data on our industry regarding gender, ethnicity, and age among other things.
