The "Jordan Diversity Trailblazer Award" is an annual competition led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) to promote gender diversity in Jordanian businesses. It recognizes private companies' efforts toward gender equality in the workplace, allowing them to showcase achievements and position themselves as leading employers for women. Winners receive a trophy and social media promotion.

Eligibility criteria:

  • 35+ employees
  • Committed to gender diversity goals
  • Solves specific challenges for Women in the workforce
  • Measurable outcomes
  • All sectors except Tobacco, Spirits, Oil & Gas; state-owned enterprises excluded

Process:
  • Apply by March 11th, 2026
  • Independent judging committee selects 3 winners based on evaluation criteria
  • Winners receive gold, silver, and bronze awards at a public event in Amman
  • Competition relaunches annually for private sector companies in Jordan
