Objective 1: Implement the rapid screening techniques that are now available for use in busy outpatient oncology clinics, & to become familiar with the NCCN recommendations for screening & treatment guidelines for mental health, social work & clergy
Objective 2: Follow the clinical practice guidelines for management of the common DSM IV diagnoses in patients with cancer, which has become the first benchmark from which quality of psychosocial care in cancer can be measured.
