The BTA Disaster Grant Program was established to lend emergency financial support to BTA dealer members who have suffered a loss due to a natural disaster, fire or incident of equal caliber that may have affected the daily operation and future survival of their business. Contributions to the fund are strictly voluntary and represent the concern of BTA's national network of members for the safety and well-being of their colleagues who may benefit from this gesture of assistance.

Relief offered by the fund is considered a grant and does not require repayment to the association. Awards may vary based on the balance in the fund and are determined by the BTA officers. Due to the urgent nature of disaster relief, recipients will be contacted by a BTA representative as efficiently and effectively as disaster conditions permit.

Consideration for the grant is based on the information provided in the form below. If additional information will clarify your specific need for the BTA officers' analysis, please use the "comments" section. You may email photos or additional information to info@bta.org. The questions below provide a basis for the BTA officers to respond in an appropriate and expedient manner.

You will receive a response and telephone call. Notification of grants will be determined based on the fund balance, the number of applicants and merits of application.
