Dilly Wanderer Survey June 2015 |
Wollondilly Shire Council, South Western Sydney Medicare Local and the South Western Sydney Local Health District, have come together to form the Wollondilly Health Alliance (WHA) to address health issues in Wollondilly.
One of the ways the WHA have done this is by conducting a Health Needs Assessment to find out about the priorities for healthcare from the community, doctors and healthcare workers in Wollondilly; as well as information about people’s health conditions and needs. One of the suggested strategies from the Health Needs Assessment is to keep doing the things that work well and are important to the community, like the Dilly Wanderer.
For the next 12 months we want to expand the Dilly Wanderer to reach more children and families and provide better services. Part of this involves wanting to make sure that the services suit and appeal to families. We would appreciate it if you could complete this short survey to tell us more about what topics you would be interested in .
