Welcome

We are currently developing a plan to ensure that all residents of San Antonio and Bexar County can access the internet. As part of this work, we are reaching out to all the companies and organizations in our community to understand their efforts to support the broadband internet and device needs of our community and to identify how we can best support these efforts as part of our ongoing strategy.

This survey builds upon the survey conducted by the City of San Antonio in April 2020. We ask that you complete this survey even if you completed the prior survey to ensure we have the most up-to-date inventory.

As an organization that provides services to the community, we hope that you will please take a few minutes out of your day to complete this survey. If you are a not-for-profit serving the community, we are interested to know more about the services you provide. If you are a for-profit company in the community, we are interested to know more about your philanthropic support and investment in the community.

This survey will be used to:
  • Inventory current efforts to support digital inclusion (including broadband internet, devices, and digital literacy) in San Antonio and Bexar County
  • Map efforts to assess that they are being offered equitably
  • Make information on existing resources available publicly
  • Identify ways to improve collaboration and increase impact of our work
We request that the survey be filled in once per organization or branch, as relevant based on the level at which programming is decided, and by someone who has intimate knowledge of your customers/members and your digital inclusion efforts and needs.

Please complete the survey by Monday, June 7, 2021. Completing it should take you about 20 minutes. Thank you in advance for your time and participation.
