This online session will focus on exploring tools and strategies to help reps develop their effectiveness when communicating with members in an on-line world.
There are some challenges relating to digital communication but there are also many opportunities that e-comms presents. Knowing more about what works well and what doesn’t, will allow reps to create a tool box of effective digital communication tools that they can use with their members.
• Identify some of the challenges and benefits of communicating in a digital world
• Explore different ways of having digital conversations
• Share some good practice to help develop confidence
• Observe and critique a role-play to develop your digital conversational skills
