Title:   Wellness: Stress & Stress Management

Purpose:  This enduring material is designed to examine professional health and wellness with an emphasis on coping with stress and burnout.   

Target Audience:   This activity is designed for Physicians and Residents at HCA GME Hospitals.

Format: This presentation was pre-recorded for HCA GME National Grand Rounds Series.

Ø  Discuss the importance of professional health and wellness as it relates to the delivery of care in the clinical setting.  
Ø  Develop and apply individual plan to cope with stress and prevent burnout through resiliency.
