The Developing Leaders program, currently entering its third year, is open to any commercial real estate risk management professionals at a financial institution or environmental consulting firm having less than 10 years of work experience. Our mission is to provide education through Mentor/Mentee relationships to future leaders in our industry. This program is designed as a vehicle to enable the sharing of insights by business and technical leaders, and advice, guidance, and resources needed to empower young professionals to meet their career and personal goals. 

Applicants must fill out the application below fully by Monday, August 2, 2021 in order to be considered for the 2021-2022 program.

* 10. The Developing Leaders program requires participants to commit their time and attention to the 1-year timeframe of the program, which includes participation in the following:
- calls with your mentor (1/month minimum)
- quarterly group calls with the Board of Governors
- 4 to 6 webinars with outside speakers
- completion of Elevator Pitch project
- book discussion groups
Participants are also encouraged to attend the LightBox PRISM conference if your company supports it.
