Design Concepts Unveiled!

We've taken your ideas and designed a true community hub for everyone in East St. Louis to enjoy. The St. Clair County Transit District has partnered with Citizens for Modern Transit, AARP St. Louis, and Metro Transit to transform this space into an active, creative, playful environment for not only our transit commuters, but also our community members.

Check out the concepts below and provide your feedback!

NOTE: These are simply design concepts and will shift and update based on your preferences and feasibility of implementation and maintenance. The project team will spend the next several weeks integrating community and partner feedback and determining feasibility of implementation.
Below are two design ideas, labeled in the bottom right corner.  Please take a look at each closely, thinking about you in the space.  How do they make you feel?  Is the environment one you would enjoy being in?  Please provide your feedback below!
1.Which design option do you prefer?(Required.)
The next few questions ask specifically about Design Option 1.  Design 1 emphasizes the playscape element of placemaking and design, creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging space for people of all ages. Regardless of which option you prefer, please answer each question.

4.Right now, the color scheme has bright, bold colors. Do you like this?
5.The words printed on the concrete in the rendering are simply an example. When you think of the Emerson Park Transit Station, what words should the painted concrete say? 
6.Is there anything else you would like to share about this design?
