SIS International Research is conducting compensated interviews with restaurant operators, owners, chefs, and staff to understand their experience in the industry. We are looking to learn about each role’s responsibilities, who they interact with, what resources they use, how they connect with other operators in their community, and additional challenges they face daily. This will be a 90 minute conversation with the design team.  We will ask your permission to take audio and photos to share with our client and the design team, but not publicly. Interviews will be scheduled between March 18 - March 20. The compensation is between 200-250- dollars. Please complete a short pre-screening survey to be considered for this project.
