* 7. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognise when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.

Following up from the Deni Says NO to bullying event and subsequent planning meetings ,  a list of topics were identified as possible "bookclub series " discussion topics for interested parents. The idea is to have a weekly discussion/ information  group on parent/ youth related  topics ( 8 -10 weeks) What topics would be of interest to you?

We intend to  plan this for October during mental health month . Please indicate your interest to attend an event like this

* 16. Deni MHAG would like more  involvement of the community in our group. Our meetings are held on the  First Tuesday of the month ,( at 3pm)  on average 8 times per year .
