At the center of meaningful volunteer engagement and gaining staff buy-in is equipping staff to see the value and benefits of successful volunteer collaboration and engagement.

Together, we will tackle this topic by sharing time-tested MAVA recommendations for cultivating an environment of collaboration and bringing staff buy-in to a new level.

This interactive session will highlight new insights, innovative tools, and spark inspiration to synergize staff and volunteer relationships.
