Call for Deals:

ACG Philadelphia's quarterly M&A report, captures deal and transactional activities from around the region based on ACG Philadelphia members' and other dealmakers (investment bankers, private equity professionals, professional service firms and corporate executives).

Member deals are showcased in a more concise, reader friendly format. Aggregate results will continue to be included based on S&P Capital IQ data.

Please respond to this survey with all of your closed transactions between July1 - September 30, 2015. Describe one transaction per box, use as many or as few as you need. Note: only deals LED BY YOUR LOCAL OFFICE are eligible for submission.

"Members on the Move" - Provide a brief description (2-3 sentences) of announcements relevant to the deal community such as new hires or promotions within your M&A group.

Examples of transaction descriptions are as follows:

Griffin Financial served as investment banker to Eastern Holding Company, Ltd. (insurance underwriter) in a merger with Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company announced March, 2005 for an undisclosed amount. Educators will convert from a mutual insurance company to the stock form of ownership and concurrently merge with Eastern. This transaction structure is the first of its kind in the insurance industry.

LLR Partners led a $40 million investment in Peachtree Settlement Funding, a specialty finance company that purchases from consumers high credit-quality, cash-generating assets such as structured legal settlements, lottery prizes and life insurance policies. Greenhill Capital Partners participated in the round.
